Placing Orders for Items Under Up-Coming Category
Most of the apparel in Up-Coming category are only available for bulk order unless specified. We do not accept "loose order" for apparel posted in Up-Coming category before the actual stock arrived.

Terms define (for those who are new to apparel market) :
Bulk Order : order in "lot" basis. Apparel are usually supply in full size per item per design. For example, Item A, comes with size 70, 80, 90, 95; order must be in full size or full pack, which is total 4-5pcs as according to manufacturer's supplying terms respectively.
Loose Order : those who are not willing to order in bulk basis, they are allowed to order in loose unit, have their preferred choice of designs and sizes. Reseller's price is often higher then bulk price.

About Defected Goods
Celine might overlook the quality for some of the items delivered to resellers. Please DO NOT hesitate to contact Celine if you wish to return it. We will let you decide your preferred return option :
a) return goods with full refund (we will absorb both the sending & returning ship cost)
b) swap with replacement unit (we will absorb the sending ship cost)
c) offers discount for the defected unit(s) based on goods condition

We only accept the cheapest way of returning the item(s), which is via pos domestic parcel service (for more then 1kg), or registered mail (for less then 1kg, packing size less then 30cm). Please affix the image file(s) for relevant defected items to Celine before refunding the item(s) to us.

Take note: we DO NOT refund shipping cost occurred to your customers. Therefore, please check the items before sending out to your customers.
